Clients & Colleagues
relationships that move maine forward
Androscoggin Bank continued to expand the ways it supports clients and colleagues across Maine in 2025 through innovative lending, relationship-driven service, business partnerships, and investment in a more connected workplace. Together, these stories reflect a Bank focused not only on growth, but on showing up where it matters most: for the people, businesses, and communities it serves every day.
INVESTING IN WHAT MATTERS
One year after its official launch, Androscoggin Bank’s Sustainable Impact Program showed that purpose and performance can grow together, and at scale. In 2025, the program funded 161 new projects totaling $68 million in loans, supported by $6.9 million in new deposits from individuals and businesses who wanted their money to make a measurable difference. Just as importantly, 99% of those loans and investments remained right here in Maine.
Making Digital Waves
To build on the program’s momentum, the Bank launched SustainableBanking.com as a dedicated digital home for the initiative. The site gives clients the ability to open accounts online and offers a more transparent look at the impact their deposits are making. A complementary ad campaign and a feature in the CNBC documentary Banking for Change helped amplify that visibility even further.

a new chapter at bates mill no. 6
As hybrid work reshaped how employees connected across locations, Androscoggin Bank saw the opportunity to create a workplace that felt more modern, collaborative, and rooted in Lewiston. In 2025, the Bank expanded its footprint within Bates Mill No. 6, transforming the space into a vibrant hub for meetings, shared work, and stronger day-to-day connection.
This move represents more than a physical expansion – it’s a statement of commitment. Commitment to growth. Commitment to collaboration. After exploring multiple opportunities across the Lewiston-Auburn area, we found the perfect fit right where our story has always belonged: the Bates Mill complex.
We’ll always make time to visit our retail colleagues throughout the market, but there’s something special about having so many familiar faces together under one roof once again.
